As for your above quote, I don't see why it is wrong for the left to want African-Americans to have the same opportunities as their Caucasian counterparts, and it is certainly not only the left that is holding African-Americans to the ideals of this so-called industrial-technological system - that is society as a whole, both the left and the right, because that is the ideology of our society.
