It's a funny video and I love mitchell and webb but obviously it doesn't mean that Jesus was racist, the parable is just about different people who walked past a man who was dying and it happened to be a Samaritan who helped him.
The parable is a story Jesus told after a man asked him who is the neighbor who he should love. Jesus said love thy neighbor, the man asked who is my neighbor. Then Jesus told the story that a man was beaten and was dying and local people walked past him but a samaritan walked to him and aided him and that Samaritan was acting as the mans neighbor. Meaning we should all be neighbors to each other no matter where we are from or our backgrounds.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
