We are required to repent for our sins and to turn from them and follow Christ. Do you think we should not be forgiven? You're telling me what you would do, but God knew that the only way we could be saved was through the cross. What am I supposed to do; turn down God's gift to me? That's what Jesus died for. It would be an insult to God for me to turn it down.
