So, is there a "purpose" to life "upon which all else is based"? Doesn't seem to be any reason to think so, so I don't believe that, no. There's no need to consider my life or anyone else's as contingent upon some objective or absolute, externally-created purpose. I create my own purpose; whether or not it's ultimate is something about which I don't give a shit.
As to your other two "points", you'll have to describe them more. What the hell is a "ultimate basis for value" or an "ultimate intentionality associated with reality"?
