Plenty of things that would be war crimes on a battlefield are, apparently, a-ok on a city street in peacetime if a cop does em. It's a sad state of affairs we're in, because all we wanted to do was support law enforcement, understanding that their job is difficult...but in doing so we've created a system where scaring a police officer is a capital offense punishable by summary execution.
