Hope all goes well, we're all here, you can talk to us. Keep in mind many many have felt the same way as you do now and many have solved that problem with no further issues.
I don't think it's really that bad, I over did it with the ale last night and I cant be bothered doing much today that's all. But thank you for the advice anyway.
Keep hydrated and take a paracetamol.
