I hope it works for you. I have a cousin who suffers from endometriosis and she now has two adorable boys. I don't know how she treated it but there you go.

I had this treatment two years ago, it just didn't help me and now I have even worse, but i'm not so young so... c'est la vie.
But You CL! you're young, so your body can deal with it! I'm even sure of that!
