There are a lot more women than there are physical men who identify as women but have not had sex change. Nonetheless, a 3rd bathroom is what I believe the solution should be, so these people don't have to feel uncomfortable either.
A. therefore the chances of the majority encountering a "uncomfortable" situation is small.
B. the minority will then always be uncomfortable.
I don't think your math works.
Even if it did, was it right that some whites felt uncomfortable with blacks around so therefore all blacks had to have their own hotel, diner, water-fountain, and yes bathrooms?
Your being discriminatory and your not even seeing it!
You're absolutely right. I am discriminating physical men (regardless of gender identity) from using women's bathrooms and lockerrooms. And I have 0 problem with that.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
