Let's take any group of people. Now, in this group, if a leader tries to inspire people with words alone and hasn't established his or her credibility, then his or her people will be unmoved, and they will be dedicated to their way of doing things, which inhibits effective teamwork and overall group success. However, if a leader begins leading by putting his or her values and principles into practice and treats his or her people well, then this will help that leader establish his or her credibility; thus, enabling him or her to lead, inspire, and influence people via the unique blend of his or her verbal and non-verbal actions. Now, IMO, this is a beautiful piece of leadership artwork, and if it is consistently tweaked and polished, then the result is a group of people who are not only dedicated to the group's objectives, but they are also committed to each other and preserving the uniqueness that each individual contributes to the team.

When you first got here, my first impression was that you were an old, wise, and kind man with a lot of peaceful and ethical ideas to share. As time passed, not only did I learn you weren't old, but I started to doubt the rest of that first impression. Could it be that he feels superior and all that proper manner in which he speaks is really his way of being flashy? Well, I think I was mistaken. I think you are genuinely a nice, good hearted, ethical, dedicated to your work and colleagues, all around down to earth dude. I misjudged you, I think. Of course, I'm judging by an internet perspective. I could be wrong, but I think you're genuine. I think you're not contaminated by society's tendency to find the bad in things (me, for example, second guessing you). You're nice. I was wrong. I like reading your thought out, introspective, polite, and unique posts. You're different, and that's a good thing. Keep on keeping on, kind sir.
I just wanted to man up and confess.
