Well, you know the old saying "Before judging me, get to know me. Once you do know me, who are you to judge me?"
Basically you don't know my life. You don't have to spend a day in my head. I take whatever advice I'm offered, but as I said I am already doing the things you implied I wasn't. Telling a starving man to enjoy the diet works about as well as telling a depressive to just cheer up.
