CIJS,
I got into it with someone at work today, someone who only works the weekends and someone who is lazy as fuck. This person spends the majority of my four hour shift just sitting down in a chair and playing on his phone while I work on prepping items. He only gets up to help the customers. I got into it with this person today, which brought in the manager after this person called the manager. The manager informed me that I was the problem, that I should just keep my mouth shut and do my work without complaint, that I am getting worked up for no reason, that the person who sits down all day is "manager" when the manager is not there even though the person who sits down all day does not technically have the actual title of manager. From speaking with the manager, it is clear that nothing is going to be done. From past experience, I am always the one let go from work instead of anyone else despite the fact that I work whereas they get away with doing far less than me. I Have not been fired from my current place of employment, but I doubt I want to return. I informed the manager today that I might have to call out tomorrow and the manager said that's fine and then proceeded to ask if I was coming into work on Tuesday, when the manager will be working, and I said that I did not know.
Honestly, what is wrong with the lazy young people today who don't want to work, and why is it that I am always the expendable one when they get to keep on being lazy fucks?
