Half of a big-ass center-cut sirloin, grilled over mesquite, with a rub of pepper, salt, garlic powder, and dried onion, accompanied by a vegetable medley roasted over the same grill, and some toasted French bread.
One of the best meals I've done this year, everything came off right and all at the same time too. You gotta love it when a plan comes together.
