You do realize something like 80% of adults have herpes? Most people who have it don't even know. If you do have mouth herpes, don't freak, just get treatment.
I know I don't have it, as testing while I was pregnant said no, but I was friends with a girl for years, and she had the mouth kind. She just had some kind of cream to clear it up, and it probably only broke out once a year or less. Don't kiss anyone until you know, though.
It could also be a sebaceous cyst. I have gotten a couple of those as I age, makes me feel like the wicked witch. But those don't have white spots...
