Wasn't dismissing abaris' argument at all, you have put that inflection on my words. For the record I think the argument is a valid one.
I was actually pointing out that his secondary statement to back it up was indeed the irrelevancy. That he cannot name another country where 2.5 million people less voted for the winning candidate, is the precise thing that is irrelevant here.
