As for the original parents the Bible never says they were perfect. They were very good and innocent. That's all.
Then you must be talking about some god other than the god of the bible. The god of the bible is deficient in many areas.
Besides the ones I listed in the op, he is not all powerful, for the only way he seems to know how to affect change in human history is by killing or causing natural disasters. This betrays a lack of patience, creativity and compassion.
I know humans with far more capacity for love than the god of the bible. They don't hurt me or let things happen to me in an effort to make me prove how much I love them.
He is not all knowing. As we see in the story of the Tower of Babel, he had to come down to see what the people were doing. In Revelation he had to look down to see if the people had repented. And that betrays a total lack of understanding human psychology.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
