I can't say with any certainty how likely this will come to pass, but more and more, given the horrible choices in the election, the passage of the NDAA, the greed of wall street, and the blatant 'we're in it for the rich' government, I'm starting to see this as a real possibility, if a distant one.
The link is primarily about what anonymous is, what it promises to do, and links to a 'survival guide' from anonymous in case of open rebellion against the government.
It's too bad we didn't do this with Cheney in office. I could make so many Star Wars jokes regarding him being the Emperor...

I've always thought of World Net Daily like people think of the Onion, though I've never read it myself.

WND was is the main site behind the birther movement. They are a bunch of fundamentalist Christian nutjobs, who think the world was created 6,000 years ago and that liberals want to destroy America. I wouldn't trust anything they say, especially about anarchist groups like Anonymous.

I had no idea I apparently stumbled upon the conservapedia of online news sources, though I thought its claims were dubious.
This is what I get for skimming and not thoroughly looking through the article and the website itself.
