The Universe is very old...much older than your religion, much older than humans and it is totally unconcerned about your ideology.

They were created in a 6 day timeframe 6000 years ago, supposedly.

Did you even listen to the precious statement? Yes they were created 6,000 years ago relative to the earth. The rest of the universe however aged millions of years in a second because of the rapid expansion process. That's the theory I'm proposing. It explains your question and is biblical.
