The Quran view is that humanity is inclined towards God and has been given knowledge of him, and that God's light is in the soul. The thing with disbelievers, is that they are "covering" the light of God. This is not only for those whom disbelieve in God, but disbelieve in Islam, since that is suppose to be the divine light as well. The disbelievers have become deaf and blind to the truth and wisdom, because of their own unjust will.

The Bible view is that the holy spirit will make you know of God and Jesus, and the reason why people don't believe in Jesus, is because their hearts love the darkness over the light. Naturally all those whom love the light over the darkness will be lead towards salvation by the holy spirit.

In both cases - it's due to "evil" will of the soul. They don't believe this will is forced upon them.

That's exactly right. And what people need to realize is that in both of these cases are basically the same religion.

Islam and Christianity are both offshoots from the same fable of the God of Abraham or Yahweh, even though they may use different names for him.

Ancient Hebrews created a cult that proclaims that anyone who doesn't believe in the cult is an 'evil' person who is rejecting "God".

In this way they create emotional terrorism and hateful propaganda aimed at anyone who refuses to join and support their cult.

After all if you refuse to join their religion cult and support of their biogtries in the name of God, then you must be an evil person who is the enemy of God and you have sealed your own fate of eternal damnation, and it's obviously all your own choice an fault, because you have chosen not to join and support the cult.

Today, we have at least two major cults that make the same proclamation.

Islam and Christianity.

Of course the Jews tend to believe this nonsense too, but they have never become quite as arrogant and ignorant about it as the Muslims and Christians have.

Muslims and Christianity have taken this cult mentality to the extreme and the constantly preach that if you fail to join and support their respective cults you are rejecting God and you are basically an evil person.

And this is how Muslims and Christians view each other as well. Because they don't recognize the cult of the other to be "God's Word".

This is what all "Jealous God" religions will always be doomed to become.

Anytime you invent a religion that spreads hate toward non-believers by branding them as evil people who are choosing to reject their creator, then ultimately all that religion can represent is hatred in the long haul.

Their claims of "divine love" are empty and devoid of sincerity.

These religions become nothing but a bottomless pit of hateful hypocrisy.

They can never amount to anything more than this.

My experience is with most Muslims, is that they believe if you are a good person, you will enter paradise. A lot think you have to believe in God, but other then that, if you are a good person, you will enter paradise.

There is a contradiction in Quran actually, but different people will pick on one side or the other.

There is verses that whom disbelieves in Islam from the people of the book and polytheists are the worst creatures.

Then there is this more wider forbearing view:

[2.62] Surely those who believe, and those who are Jews, and the Christians, and the Sabians, whoever believes in Allah and the Last day and does good, they shall have their reward from their Lord, and there is no fear for them, nor shall they grieve.

A lot of Muslims will say the above verse is about people before Mohammad and others will take it as something that remains true of today.

I don't see any golden ticket for me in that one. I meet exactly one of the qualifiers, which is preceded by an "and". I like how it's almost an afterthought, as they were listing off desirable qualities..."and does good"..lol. Why does this passage seam forbearing to you btw? Forbearing in and of itself or forbearing as compared to the "Islam or burn"..route?

Well compared to hell for all those whom disbelieve in Islam view, it's more wider forbearing.

Yeah, I suppose, in the second case hell is only for those who don't believe in the god of Islam. Realtive to the first, it's downright humanist, relative to the rest of the demonstrable world, it's a petty and bigoted contention.
