And they didn't mention that 2009 birth in the UK. Or others like that in Italy. The stress of the bulletin was put on the fact that this was the first IVF birth of twins to a 66 year old. The wonders of modern medicine...

That's not handled correctly though. Until the name is released the story can't be verified. Personally I find it extremely doubtful that a retired minister would undergo IVF. The similarity to the 66 year old divorcée in Cambridge that had a baby through IVF in the Ukraine is too close for my tastes.

I think you missed "The pensioned predikante" in the article because the word "predikante" means female church minister in Dutch but clearly wasn't translated by Babelfish.

It wasn't translated. Why do you assume I missed it? More importantly do you know what happens when we assume?

Got a chip on your shoulder?
Because you questioned the retired minister bit in the article's translation I offered upon your demand.

Funny that someone who applies his 'tastes' objects to assumptions when his question simultaneously demonstrates his. Big Grin

No chip. Don't even have any idea why you would think that. Just because I'm not going to blindly believe a translated article because I can't verify it?

No, your answer when I first asked was that it was mentioned twice on the radio.

I made no assumptions. I just questioned an articles veracity and you take that as an insult to your manhood.

I comiserate with those 2 little boys who never asked to be birthed and raised by an egotistical single great-grandmother....

I almost posted about a dozen distastefull jokes here, but have risen above my base instinct.

I feel proud.

Because those classify her as a willfully irresponsible, super egotistical hypocrite who gambles unacceptable risks with the lives of children who deserve 'normal' parents and a 'normal' life.
Odds are the boys will lose their mother before they are even teenagers, while that 'mother' purposely denied them a father from day one!
