Its not magical, its God - Jehovah.

You can debate with me if you think other Christians have offended you. I promise I will use logical and tested examples from the Bible to support my beliefs and won't just make comments without supporting evidence.

You'd be the first.

It has no bearing on reality nor on anything that is known to date.

You know why stupid christoholics are stupid? They can't figure out that the bible is their claim not their evidence.

I know this frustrates you Phil...does the same for me.... I would dearly love to think that xtaholoics have the potential to think ...sadly this has not been demonstrated to date.

As many here will gleefully state..."look outside your bible and there is NO evidence of the stories that it purports to be true .... only con men who will fight to the death to secure their lazy way of life at the religious populations expense."

Dodgy meh

But it is the best they have in the absence of anything concrete.

The point is;

Criticizing or pointing out logical flaws in their religion, is seen to be offensive in the first place. If religion is placed on a pedestal to be protected, then the discussion is perceived by those that believe to be insulting.

All religious debate is insulting, either to the intelligence or by implication of challenging something that represents someones deep private conviction of truth. The only thing up for debate is how insulting you want to get.
Frankly, I say, in for a penny.. in for a pound. If you're going to be insulted anyway, I might as well use the whole of my vocabulary.
Self-authenticating private evidence is useless, because it is indistinguishable from the illusion of it. ― Kel, Kelosophy Blog

If you’re going to watch tele, you should watch Scooby Doo. That show was so cool because every time there’s a church with a ghoul, or a ghost in a school. They looked beneath the mask and what was inside?
The f**king janitor or the dude who runs the waterslide. Throughout history every mystery. Ever solved has turned out to be. Not Magic.

thanks for the advice, also same but with a sane moderate Muslim.

To many(not all of course) merely debating the existence of their god is insulting. The thought of no god is also insulting. If you debate religion, you are most likely going to step on some toes.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell
