Do you need to see all the waterfalls to appreciate the beauty of one? Do you need to see every star to appreciate the vast wonder of the universe around you?

If you’re going to watch tele, you should watch Scooby Doo. That show was so cool because every time there’s a church with a ghoul, or a ghost in a school. They looked beneath the mask and what was inside?

What makes you think it is a chaotic place, many scientist say it is well organized and by what little I've seen, I would agree. God who created it, saw it come to life and has enjoyed it ever since.

The universe appears to have the behaviour of a vast chaotic system as described by mathematical chaos theory, with different types of our perceived order interchanging between them. Kind of a very big fractal, that develops in an appearant random fashion, but folowing precise laws. The fact that we don't know the whole universe just goes to show you that even the part of it we observe is vastly more awesome and breath taking than any god ever invented will.

You may seldom believe that beauty was created by your god, but you forget the implications of what your belief truly said, the 6000-ish old earth, floods, the earth being old by pillars, etc. This, by all definitions is simply being incoherent about reality. You can't accept what has been demontrated. It requires knowledge, hard work, I consider myself an amateur scientist, there is so much to learn, to test, to see for yourself, to analize the data and above all the deep humility to accept I might be wrong.

If it sounds cold to you that we are beings of energy that by means of constant trial-and-error bondings, recombinings, have managed to achieve the capacity to look into the universe and ask "why?", in essence part of the universe just trying to understand itself, then I just wonder what it takes to make a person so...
No rest for the wicked. Can you stand for fucking reason?

The matter your body is made of has been around for presumably 14.6 Billion years. It will continue to be here when your consciousness is gone. You can think of your self awareness as a curse, or a gift. Either way, you only have it for approximately 80 years.

The Universe is "only" 13.72 billion years old. That's some matter if it's 14.6 bilion years old...THEREFORE GOD!
