Not nearly as demanding as the Grand National then which is 4 miles and 30 fences. Jus' sayin' Tongue

Should it be more demanding? I thought it was cruel. By that measure, the Kentucky Derby is a fraction as cruel as the Grand National. Jus' saying' Tongue

napoleon: big race today - belmont stakes. last and longest race of the triple crown. the first two races won by same horse (i'll have another), just developed the beginnings of tendonitis this morning, so they pulled out of the race and retired him to stallion status, no more racing for him. just thot i'd share for you, that they considered the horse's health over the idea to risk worse injury and push him to win the most coveted price in horse racing - the triple crown (winner of kentucky derby, preakness and belmont stakes). And the triple crown has been won.

I'll take American Pharoah.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I'll take that bet, Steel. That horse is a bum, I tell ya. A BUM! Heh heh Sucker.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."

For context, this is the previous verse:

"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

Rarn thing ran against the women's world cup, and I forgot. The replays don't look terribly exciting.

Since we're talking the 2012 Belmont, I'll take Union Rags.
