Help religion how? What, you thought that just because we're both atheist that I would immediately take your side no matter what you wrote? Wake up and smell the pancakes. If you want a debate, state your points CLEARLY, think through what you want to say and don't cry if no one else sees eye to eye with you. And you know, you might have terrific points, but at the moment they are lost in translation, I'm afraid..

I think knowledge of God is properly basic and is spiritual knowledge. Examples of properly basic faith is faith in free-will, faith in morality, faith in instance of moral rights and wrong, faith in some memory, faith in human rights. Just because it's faith doesn't mean it's not knowledge. And just because arguments are not what are relied upon, doesn't mean there isn't good reason to have faith.
