If you do decide to send me particularly thorough evidence please wrap it in brown paper.

But she's wearing lederhosen!

That doesn't prevent my picturing her without it.

Oh, good. Maybe you can answer the trinity problem. How does 1+1+1=1?

Welcome aboard!

Answer: By substituting the + operator with the Boolean ∧ operator.
(∧ is the AND operator in Boolean algebra and this operator is associative)

Here we go:

(1 ∧ 1) ∧ 1 = 1 ∧ 1 = 1

You see: No God or god or gods needed to get the correct result! Wink

Welcome
Thanks Poet ! I really appreciate. Yes - with math it's either love or hate - there seems to be no in between. The final battle line is Calculus. Also called the great equalizer... Smile

Cheers Nora ! Smile

You should definitely visit Sweden - but keep in mind: Literally everything is more expensive than in the UK.

You don't have to picture her without it! She's topless in that movie! Good enough reason right there to get the DVD.
Science flies us to the moon and stars. Religion flies us into buildings.

God allowed 200,000 people to die in an earthquake. So what makes you think he cares about YOUR problems?

She's also pretty smokin' in "True Lies", but, unfortunately, her ta-tas remain covered in that flick. For that reason alone, I downgrade the film by half a star!

Welcome, Cantor.

- Galileo Galilei (1564-1642)

"In short, Meyer has shown that his first disastrous book was not a fluke: he is capable of going into any field in which he has no training or research experience and botching it just as badly as he did molecular biology. As I've written before, if you are a complete amateur and don't understand a subject, don't demonstrate the Dunning-Kruger effect by writing a book about it and proving your ignorance to everyone else!
