Why is doubt good?

James Dean in representing the growing dissatisfaction with the traditional powers could be said to have lead the revolution of individuality in the western world, where it has become difficult for the monoliths of wealth and power to justify their presumed natural position. On the other hand although the subject of this image was dying of T.B. he had been an excellent goalkeeper in his youth. I'm not sure I believe in the evidence, but that is an Absurd thing to say. Now are you going to use your mind Jeff, or pretend you know and kill it? 
A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Don't throw yours away on a reckless leap of belief.
Doubt is good because it helps us to closer determine what is truth and is factual evidence and then what is nonsensical fallacies.

"Why is doubt good" It isn't..it's doubt.....that might explain why we call it doubt..rather than calling it "good"....
