Cool ways to torture yourself

RE: Cool ways to torture yourself
Fish for us during Salmageddon.

We're a badass crew of lifelong fishermen, and even we cower in terror at the mere mention of the event. If that shit isn't cool, I think you have no idea just what it is we do.

I apologize beforehand for being crass, but here goes. Eat lots of yummy and spicy food and afterwards shit fire. Big Grin
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

A good way to torture yourself would be locking yourself into a creationist museum for 30 days with a creationist commentary constantly blabbing on on and on and on and on.

Being trapped in a flat earthers social gathering and having to hear them go over and over about everything being a conspiracy and stating absolute bollocks over and over.

And being tied to a chair while watching a sexy woman in a short red dress laying on her back with her legs slightly open and all you can do is watch her rub her body and slowly raising one of her legs but not quite revealing the soft wet spot.

Those are my top 3.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.

You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.

Again, again!
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Is that the global event where Salma Hayek takes over the world?

I wouldn't mind.

I've got one that actually is/was used as a form of torture (I read it somewhere):
Locked in a room with headphones on full blast, listening to non stop slipknot for 24 hours.

I like a bit of slipknot, but 24 hours destroying your ear drums would be more than enough.

Never heard of that (person?).

Last year, we caught some 80,000 pounds of fish in a single fishing period. Do you remember that, or were you even here at the time? Tiger

You either live in a cave, or Alaska...

She's more recognisable by her face, than her name.

Kind of sad she hasn't had more movie roles.
