Ummm, are you for real here?

Maybe because they would rather spend their time throwing the bible at us instead of trying to sell a canidate to us.
Atheism is a non-prophet organisation. - A dusty old book that I found that must be completely true because someone wrote it down.

When the day comes that your republicunt pals toss Billy Fucking Graham under the bus maybe I'll pay attention to you and your bullshit.
Too bad, but yes it is....your democrat buddies weren't going to toss the Black and Hispanic Christians under the bus to please you atheists that are in the party...as far as they're concerned you guys are too few and too much of a liability to sacrifice a larger voting bloc for...

Not bad at all. I want the party of science and inclusion to act intelligently to keep your lot out of office. Being thrown under the bus in this case really doesn't mean much except that in this day and age you can't openly deny belief in the tooth fairy in this country without becoming unelectable. I don't want the democrats to restrict their candidate's appeal to just the reality based. How they'll govern is far more important than what they claim to believe.

Go ahead...if you're willing to roll over and bite the bullet for the double standard hypocrisy of your so-called 'inclusive' party, be my guest....It was a wise move. It shows that the Democrats at least still recognizes and respects the political muscle of the Christian voting bloc....and if you're happy that Barack and the Dems stepped in to appease the Christians at your exclusion, then I'm happy too....at least that part of our nation's culture is still preserved by both parties.

Acknowledging God is not excluding us from the party. Democrats may still be in thrall to Christianity as a voting bloc, but this has not led to Democrats pushing for laws mandating the teaching of fiction in science classes or prayer in school.

Republicans are the party of exclusion. Aside from token candidates, if you are white and rich and male, God bless you. Otherwise, go fuck yourself.

It's a shame that our party can't recognize us without fearing a backlash from the cavemen in the GOP, but that's okay. Time is not on your side.

Thankfully, I should live long enough to see people looking back at people like you with the same disgust people treat conservatives of half a century ago when they were marching for segregation and witch-hunting imaginary 'commies'.

"Republicans are the party of exclusion. Aside from token candidates,"...Token candidates? Which token candidates would those be....You're not about to make a racist comment against conservative minorities you don't agree with and who don't buy into your leftist commie propaganda are you?

"It's a shame that our party can't recognize us without fearing a backlash from the cavemen in the GOP, but that's okay."....the GOP didn't have anything to do with it. The opposition came from the Christian voting block that's within the Democrat Party....it was refreshing to see a nice little rebellion against the bigoted and religious intolerance of leftist dictators within the Democrat Party.

"Time is not on your side."...Today is not that day and I don't see that time coming any where soon....

Not changed a bit have you A Theist? How many times do we have to tell you, US politics has no left. It has a right and then a so right it's tickling Mussolini's balls wing.

LOL!ROFLOL

And to the OP, atheists can be economically conservitive, I call them Ayn Rand atheists and I have no use for any "let them eat cake" "screw you I got mine" mentality. FYI Paul Ryan said Ayn Rand was one of his inlfluences. So Republicans don't hate atheists as long as they keep their mouths shut and support Corporate welfare. They'll take a silent uncle Tom as long as GE and Exxon don't have to pay taxes.
