I have a thought on this topic..
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Short answer, yes.

Long answer - whenever someone talks about something being outside of time or space (or space-time) I don't actually understand what they are talking about. It's nonsense to me personally.

well many things that have become important seemed relatively unimportant at the time. The real hero's that brought pennicillin to the world were the students of Flemming which spotted something he had only noted as a comment in passing in his notes. I'm sure we could find many examples of what seemed unimportant events and ideas and conversations that spawned something greater. Of course this I don't expect this forum will be changing the world (who knows, but i'm sure we can cope with a little bit of inanity)

Stopping time well that's part of what i wan't to tease out, is all time based on perspective of the viewer/viewing point or is there a version of time that is consistent regardless of locality. If everything in the universe stopped moving from the micro to the macro would that be a definition of time stopped if it were possible.
