What makes my satire uncreative?

In the first place, satire has to be a caricature of whatever you are lampooning. That is, there needs to be at least some grain of reality to it, however slight, otherwise there's no point and it comes across merely as annoying and insulting for the sake of it.

Let me illustrate the point:

If there was no resemblance between these two, the joke would make no sense. Even a passing resemblance would work, but the fact that there's such an uncanny likeness in this case is like rocket fuel.
