Gnawing off faces comes free uptown, why would you ever want to spend money and travel time getting downtown for a service provided at far higher quality in your own backyard for nothing!?

Multiplication comes before addition, so it's:

1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+0 = 9

(1-1)(1+1)/(1-1)

That's dividing by zero. Whether that's what he intended to mean or not is a different question.
