Don't have "Dutch Oven" either Sad

Here's an inexpensive version you can make using common household items. Guaranteed to create that unforgettable romantic atmosphere, not to mention ratchet up the irony quotient of phrases such as "delicious" and "melt in your mouth tender" to astronomical levels.

Well dang. I usually buy Tropicana extra pulpy orange juice, but Simply Orange was on sale this week, and Tropicana was not. Simply Orange is not as good.

Oh, and "salt & vinegar pringles." (I had Hormel chipotle chili earlier; it's excellent.)

I had to drop a package off at UPS, and that's right next to a Lee Ann Chin's, so for lunch I had some of Lee Ann Chin's semi-edible Asian food. I was super hungry, so I had an extra bowl of semi-edible vegetable fried rice.

On my way home, I grabbed a turkey sub at Jimmy John's. Now I'm home, sucking on a Mike's hard cranberry-lemonade and brewing a pot of tuo cha pu-erh.

I've been making some recipes for a supper club I'm starting in a week or so... How does rosemary garlic turkey meatloaf embedded with cheddar croutons and crusted with rosemary mashed potatoes (kind of like a shepherd's pie) sound?

I was also thinking of a goat cheese caprese with a marsala reduction, homegrown tomatoes, and homegrown basil.

In addition to the other veg and herbs, I've been growing strawberries and cucumbers, so I was thinking about a strawberry/ cucumber salad with a light homemade honey mustard, white wine vinaigrette.

I really want your feedback because i tend to go overboard... I need some practical wisdom Smile

Sounds pretty amazing to me. I'm personally not a huge fan of turkey loaf (ground turkey tends to have little flavor) but it sounds interesting.

Goat cheese caprese - yum!

Oh yeah! Everyone's invited! I would love it if Kichi and Zen showed up!

Also, Cthu... believe me, I can do things to ground turkey you wouldn't believe!
