Most of the people who come to atheist sites like these I have noticed come from North America....I remember reading one European on possibly a Facebook atheist page being upset there were so few Europeans who were members.

Maybe that's why people respect atheists in Europe more....they don't try and elevate their lack of belief into something it's not.

They are and they actually manage to read the Bible instead of just pretending to do so like American atheists do.
