Hey!
Hey everyone, I'm Indigo, and clearly I'm new here. I was brought up in an atheist/agnostic household, I am indian (coming from sikh/hindu background). Only a handful of my family follow hinduism or sikhism. I was never really taught, or given a reason not to believe or believe. I came here just to get an idea of how others think. I never gave much though to all this since recently now that i'm a little older and want to really know what i believe or do not believe.

RE: Hey!
Hello and welcome to AF! ^_^
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Welcome fellow indian!

Full disclosure: I'm not really indian Wink I only appreciate the respect/reverence many Native American people have for the planet and its non-human inhabitants.

edit: Wait wait wait, I think I got confused between "indian" and "native american". Damn, I'll blame it on the language barrier and move swiftly on Smile

Be sure to barbecue kittens, record the NFL without their permission and rip the tags off of your mattress.
