Pipes used for drug use are illegal. Pipes and other paraphernalia used for tobacco are still legal. As long as it's being advertised as a product for use with tobacco, it's legal.

I thought all head shops sold only for "tobacco" as marijuana is illegal most places... I've seen warning signs outside of head shops stating not to use terms like "weed," "pot," or "bong.". But making possession of paraphernalia a felony?? That's just ridiculous!

It's hilarious to watch them scurry for new means of inventing bullshit reasons to toss people in jail for weed. The throat's starting to constrict on the prison industry and they're starting to choke. Forefathers forbid we should actually not have to waste billions of dollars yearly jailing people for doing shit that doesn't hurt anyone, right?
