any comments that the dog attacked the bastards in blue and deserves to be shot argument......the guy shouldnt have even had the cuffs put on him, he did nothing wrong, therefore, the police are responsible

I don't think that they had a right to arrest him either, but shooting a dog was justified by self defense.
