Victor should be given the TROLL AWARD of the month.
He just beat Consilius by a hair-splitting magnifying glass.
Koolay hasn't recovered from his "Determinism is self-defeating", so he's out.

Too much sun in the northern hemisphere. It brings out the crazies.

"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I keep thinking of a 30' tall robotic carrot.

Someone did the experiment of the magnifying glass with tiny animals and wrote me the following:

“Don’t be so quick to judge, everyone. I had a hard time understanding the complexity of the experiment’s procedure. Only after a complete analysis of the in-depth youtube video link he provides, was I able to achieve any progress. Apparently, I was facing down the whole time, instead of upwards.

Oh wait I think I see them now… Wow, who knew these particles looked just like fruit flies! Interesting results. I think he may be on to something here.”

You obviously named this particle after yourself, but I don't get what the TRÓN stands for.

I don't think this guy can take a hint.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell
