I have a problem with that. I think it should still be a woman's choice, with medical counsel. It's really best in any case.

If medical professionals feels that an abortion at 40 weeks is justified, who are we to argue? There's a reason these people are doctors and we aren't.

That close to term would have me squirming with the moral whatsits.

How about the day before due date?

How about if contractions start, and an abortion is called for?
Yes, I know. But that's my problem with abortion, defining the boundaries of when it's OK and when it's not.
It's a thorny one.

I used to be Pro-life, but then again I used to be Catholic as well. As my religious views changes so did some of my other life views as well. If I were to ever get pregnant I don't think I personally could have an abortion. I do feel that when conception has happened that life has begun. However not everyone shares these views for various reasons that I respect. I understand that a fetus is not a baby. I also understand that every woman's situation is different and that they have the right to control their own body. I think it's more dangerous to not allow abortions than to allow them. For these reasons I am Pro-choice

I believe it is up to the women having the child, But for me i would at least give the baby a chance.Like see if someone else might want to adopt the baby. Maybe a couple that cant conceive or a Gay couple.I think you should always give life a chance.
