Looks like it. So why not have a black party, and a white party? Obviousy a black party would fail to get sufficient votes as they are a minority.
However the republicans seem to be at a great disadvantage, since they mostly get their votes from whites, a fluctuating group of voters, so that means that both parties must actually try to win over the whites to win. The democrats already have a steady supply of votes from the minorities, they are almost a certainty from what you say. But what happens if the republicans get the majority of the white voters? In that way, whites also provide both parties with a chance to win. Again, the votes of Blacks obviously count for nothing as the people that really have a chance to make a difference seem to be the whites.

Besides, as I said. Why would a black man would vote for Romney when he can vote for Obama the Black man? Whatever the republicans do, they simply cannot win over the votes of the blacks since their man is white.
Only if they promoted a black person they might create a blance. So thats how Blacks could actually make a difference, by just pushing a candidate for presidency.

Recognizing this they have turned to what is euphemistically called "voter suppression tactics" to prevent minorities from voting to the greatest extent possible.

Well, obviously they want things to be as they are. They are conservatives for a reason, they wish to be the majority. I don't know what is so wrong with that as it is evident that the blacks and other minorities seem to hoarding their votes on a single party, I can't really blame them. If adaptation requires you to suck up to minorities, you're little more than a populist, though the republicans try to suck up to the religious people. They both suck up to someone and have no spine obviously.
Whites have never been a single voting block, but mark my words, that could change once the racial tensions start to rise. I'm counting on the fact that the minorities will band together to actually form a majority over the whites, and then bicker among themselves and eventually fail.

No, this is why you cannot generalize. There is an age factor. Young white voters do not seem to have their parents bigotry.

He also maintained a slimmer advantage among voters 30 to 44 (52% Obama, 45% Romney), while losing ground among those 45 to 64 and those 65 and older.

Young voters continue to identify with the Democratic Party at relatively high levels and express more liberal attitudes on a range of issues – from gay marriage to the role of the federal government – than do older voters. In fact, voters under 30 were as likely to identify as Democrats in the 2012 exit poll as they had been in 2008 (44% now, 45% then). And they are the only age group in which a majority said that the government should do more to solve problems.

Don't forget that GOP candidate Rick Santorum called the college educated "snobs" and universities dens of liberal bias.

I think that this bigotry you speak of is not one sided. I believe that most blacks vote for Obama especially because he's black and if the Republians had a Black candidate, and the Democrats had a white one, they'd instantly shift their votes.

Well, I don't think they really do care about their policies. Democrats simply try to wing more favour by making more statements in their favor.
On the other hand, Republicans try to gain favor with the white majority. I believe that the only people who vote democrat because they like their policies are the whites. Probably minorities just vote for them because they're not republican.
That's about it, and now they have a black president.
