You could watch TV though...instead of the news, watching comedy sitcoms or comedy movies. I get my kicks through some good comedy Tongue

Anderson Cooper, Keith Olbermann, and Rachel Maddow start my day. I love politics. I'm not depressed. Tongue

Getting physical exercise is really important.. it should be more prominent. Playing computer games too much should also be avoided.

It also helps with that losing weight thing, which in general makes people happy.

Drugs tend to do the same Smile

The best thing to do when you are depressed? Read your reputation report... and/or ask a loved one what makes you special...

A list of nice things said about you from others... that shortens and lightens depression...

Wait; so are you saying that spending all my free time hunting zombies while guzzling Mt. Dew Code Red and munching Hot Pockets is BAD for me? No WAI!

But, there is a new level for Left 4 Dead!

Prestonzyta,

I stopped watching the news years ago! I know plenty of people who think I am crazy and that I am missing out on important information, but anytime there is a vote they send out information on the measures and I do pay some attention to presidential coverage so I can make informed decisions on who to vote for.
