Debating whether or not I deserve a KFC weekend treat.  Or if I even want one.

I think I got addicted to these capuchino chocolate truffles I've been devouring all week.

But I did run for about an hour straight at the gym, I think everything is evening out whatever I do.

Did legs the other day for the first time in a month or so. Now I can't walk.

And this is why I make a point of voting, every chance I get -- so that I can either cheer or kvetch, with a clear conscience.

Currently working on The Embroidery Project That Refuses To Be Finished.  Every time I finish a row, I see a bit of bare cloth and go "Y'know, a row of {colour} would look nice there..."

Hehe. It is the desired effect, just too much. But once I get up and moving I'm okay. It's the standing up/starting to move that is rough. I then have to complain in the Slack chat and wait for abuse from Rozkek.
