I think what we are seeing here is a multiple pronged pressure. This pressure is not merely partisan in nature but of societal in nature also. It is a mentality that has been built for years and such a mentality will not resolve itself in mere elections, both parties are corporate bought. Sadly in my opinion combined with the ignorance of the common man and total corruption of our government we have interesting dilemma that I believe nothing short of an intellectual awaking won’t fix.
