You know, I'm all for reform for these types of programs to reduce abuse and quit spending money on people that simply wish to live off of the government teat. (I can't tell you how many people in my town are on food stamps but also own smart phones.) But there only appear to be people advocating the far ends of the spectrum, and that is to gut the programs, or avoid touching them at all.(and to further the spending problem, neither side is willing to touch the defense budget)
