Am I the only one with passion?!

First, I bruised lemongrass and leeks in home-made chicken stock.

Next, I made curried mung bean and leek filling with garlic and toasted sesame oil.

Then, I filled the wontons...

I'm Italian, so I find tortellini to be the best 'wonton' fold...

I have no photos of the finished product (I ate it too fast).

An Asian style lemongrass and leek broth with curried mung bean wontons. Trust me, it rocked!
