I liked your comments , proving the hopelessness .
the is my first proof about God , please be more confident about your beliefs

so ignore the question this time : who did tell Mohammad about the fly ?
because I will ask the same question : again and again and again , at the end you have two paths :
1- believe that God existent .
2- unable to answer the question .
see you in next proof .

He inferred it from his observations of reality. If his sample size was large enough and he followed the scientific method he could have claimed this bit of knowledge as his discovery.

There I answered your question and I still reject Allah. Mohammad wrote down a guess and called it Allah inspired.

RE: The Fly
So the fly has some antibiotic properties, great. That still leaves the sad fact that flies do carry around bacteria and viruses that are not treated by that antibiotic. Why does your prophet advocate dunking the entire fly in your drink therefore making sure that all the possible diseases the fly might carry gets absorbed in your drink?

That is ludicrous. Never ever dunk flies in your drink and drink it afterward, its a stupid idea. If your god says that you should do that your god is wrong.

LOL @ dunking flies in one's drink ^_^ It's bad enough when they get there by themselves... but dunking them yourself?! LOL ^_^

I will get back to you on this but i think Hypocrates (whos name is given to the Hippocratic oath doctors must give, done some research into viruses and diseases, Much of his works (and numerous others) were stored in the great library of Alexandreta = Alexandria in Ancient Egypt where lots of muslims would have access, hundreds of years before Muhammad was invented, and long before the NAZI christians burned it, so they could set us all back a thousand years or more.

But dont quote me on Hypocrates I have some Dipterist friends working on this for me ;-)

Quote: 1- believe that God existent .

prove he does, Allah, god, Jehova are all manifestations of the same being (a bit like Elric, Dorian Hawkmoon etc....................OH COME ON you must have read the eternal champion series by Michael Moorcock?), so far god and Jehove have been proved as false and man made which means..............Ill let you answer this one?

Quote: 2- unable to answer the question

Bring them on but make then a bit more interesting,

Quote: see you in next proof

Quote: I found myself beside my intelligent atheist friend

This is from your story, I thought all infidels were to be destroyed so are you cheating on allah by having an infidel friend? or "once you have gained what you need from him you can destroy him", from your all loving peaceful Qaran.

OH DO NOT P.M. me again with your vile lies

RE: The Fly
Sorry for the late update.

Well as it happens it is no surprise that flies (or any other creature, Dung beetles for example) which have a life cycle where they are in contact with dangerous bacteria also have antibacterial properties, this is a very strong argument not for some prophetic diety........... but for evolution.

If these creatures did not have the defenses against bacteria they would die, only the ones with antibacterial properties will survive therefore continuing their species.............not exactly rocket science.

The newspaper article (as well as forgetting that flies also have a fourth stage in their life cycle the EGG) was a bit sensationalist, giving the appearance this was something new, it has been known for some time that dung/waste consuming (whether adults or larvae/young) have built in protection against disease, think rats and sewers.

So whats your next shot Last_Ray to try to show your myths are real? Or do you have more from your master showing that he was an observer of the evolutionary fact of "survival of the fittest"?

It certainly doesn't contain poison under one wing and the antidote to that poison under the other.  Nor can antibiotics combat any of the possible viral infections that the fly may transmit.

You seem to be arguing that this recent discovery was mentioned in the Qu'ran 1400 years before science discovered it but in reality there is no link at all except a very vague coincidence in the mentioning of a fly.

What the Qu'ran is saying is that the fly contains a cure for the very infections that it carries and by mixing the two together in your drink they will cancel each other out.  This is a) absolute nonsense and b) not at all what has recently been discovered.

Wishful thinking on your part I'm afraid.

Next?
Actually the mere challenge by Quraan to humans to create a fly, and to suggest that biologically it contains both harmful as ell as beneficial biological components at the same time is very interesting. I couldn't dismiss it as nonsense at all, otherwise it would e contrary to modern concepts
