Teaching everyone how to think...

Stupid idiots.

Yes, but there's also the flip side to that: scientism. People who don't understand science put faith in big-S Scientists to solve problems of hunger and pollution. And their faith in this new species of elder to solve their problems is so strong that they don't bother to recycle garbage or to go on a diet when they hit 300 lbs.

I think if people actually FOLLOWED the doctrines of Jesus (turn the other cheek, show tolerance to all etc.) the world would be much better. Instead, they listen to fucktard pastors who twist the Bible around into a vehicle for hatred. And if people actually FOLLOWED the advice of scientists, we'd have a smarter, more world-consious society than we do, better health and a cleaner environment for all to enjoy.

So I don't just point to religion. I point to Fucktardism in all its forms and guises.

I almost fucking nut when I discuss Socrates. Awesome doesn't begin to describe my views on the man.

I have this recurring daydream about witnessing Socrates engaging Christianity's greatest used car salesman, the apostle Paul. It would have been a delightful slaughter.

Alas . . .

I wish I were smarter right now. I have so many comments and thoughts that are complete and rational in my head.

Problem is I am inadequate at putting such things into intelligible comments.

More correctly, I wish I were more adept at expressing myself verbally, or in the ways of keyboard speak.

It would be awesome -- at least until the intellectual equivalent of a man clubbing a baby seal became wearisome.

True. Then any hope at an accurate account of the dialectical exchange would be forever lost.

Then put them in your own words my dear boy! The only thoughts I encourage you to refrain are the ones that are not your own. Share without fear.

Remember; criticism is constructive so long is it is reasonable. You're in good company here.
