It's just that whenever I see an ultra-wealthy person complain that his taxes aren't high enough, it sounds a lot like he's saying he'd love to spread the wealth but darn, he just can't convince the government to raise his taxes. If only there were other means available to him...

Yeah, probably appeasing to the men. Some of those woman look like european models so it likely is a scam site if it's based in China.
