Why?

Is private property now exempt from your agenda of eradicating Jesus?

"Yes." As a matter of fact, it's protected by law. Whereas this bullshit isn't.

Poor, insecure, little fucktards. Piss their pants if they can't look around and see one of their fucking crosses everywhere.

Okay you guys want to eliminate religion from government, petition the courts to take down all the crosses in the military cemeteries. Bet the vets will find their way into the courts on this. These guys have no problem with crosses being on the graves of their fallen comrades, these guys put their lives on the line for you, don't you think they have the right to have markers over their graves that suit them. Of coarse not, it violates your interpretation of the constitution. You all couldn't care less about those who died for your freedom, the only appreciation you have for then is the freedom to violate their rights, sorry, just really sorry attitudes for people who gave their lives for you.

The cross was erected with private funds. If you object to one groups symbol the right way to do that is to put up your own monument not tear down some one else's. That's how a free society works.

It's really weird watching you form a premise, and then spin off in condemnation of us atheists before we've even responded to it.

Do you often have conversations with yourse- oh right, christian. You call those prayers. Rolleyes

So if the KKK decided to team up with the Aryan Brotherhood and erect enormous racist landmarks directly across from your home, you'd retain this position? Or is the strength of your conviction directly related to its convenience to your beliefs?

...as indeed it is! But of course, no one sees the correlation.

That's because any correlation is simply an invention.

Just like the invented correlation between gun violence in schools and removal of school-led prayer.

Erected with private funds and located on public property?

No way Jose! Keep your Jesus crap off any and all public property, period. If Jesus freaks so badly need to create their ridiculous monuments to invisible beings, they can not only pay for the erection (where is a "rent boy" when you need one?), they can use private property for the hosting as well.

The government has no business being involved in any fashion with the promotion of religion. How much clearer can it be?

Dethronement of Christian hegemony in the US is long, long, LONG overdue.

And if prayer helps "that one" person? What harm does a prayer do?
