Where is heaven?

RE: Where is heaven?
It's where the hooker factories are at. Ask the FSM in his holy book, and you'll see. No, really.
Pointing around: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!"

I saw it more as an informed audience being forced to take it non literally, since a literal view is clearly false. If it's false now, it was false then, meaning people back then were just being lied to.

So Jesus says, "fuck all of you skeptics, misled people, and weak minded people." "Fuck off to hell all of you... Except ChadWooters, he understands me!"

Taken as a science book you are correct. The Holy Scriptures were never intended to be used as technical references about the natural world. They are to guide us in our relationship with the Lord. For this purpose they were sufficient then and they are sufficient now.

Actually they aren't that either. If they were, we wouldn't have so many different denominations of christianity. We wouldn't have people starting wars over who has the proper relationship with someone. As violent as Yahweh was, I don't think he ever wanted people to fight those who genuinely wanted to follow him.

Sounds like a copout to me.

"The kingdom of heaven is within you."

Is that a sexual reference to something that only devout christians know about?
Because I can't make anything out of this statement.
