Movie food...is really expensive.

Fortunately, my dad wins lots of radio prizes, so we have TONS of concessions stand money. We always get Dippin Dots:


The "Dots" part makes sense, but I have no idea where they get "Dippin" from.

Carry large purse. Go to Walmart next door to theater. Load up on candy and maybe a bottle or two of pop. If you think ahead, pop some popcorn at home before you go.

Also worth mentioning, whenever Lee and I go out to a movie, we always have dinner somewhere first, even if it's fast food like Subway or Burger King.

A couple of months ago when I went to the movies, a family had smuggled in a bucket of KFC chicken. The whole theater smelled awesome.
