It's hard to prove direct causality of X resulting in cancer. It's been shown that there is a possible link. http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/facts...sweeteners Have you seen Thank You For Smoking? Cell phone companies do the same thing, and the fast food industry, with fast food -> obesity.

Did you even read what you sent me? I mean if that's the amount of evidence it takes for you to rule out consuming something, then you're going to have a hard time eating anything.
